Every order finds the right branch
RoutiVox reads each new order's delivery address and assigns it to the branch that covers that area, in any country and any language.
Area mapping
List the neighborhoods, cities, or districts each branch covers. Add several names at once, separated by commas.
Any language, any country
Works with Arabic, Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and accented names. "Sao Paulo" matches "São Paulo".
Postal codes, prefixes, and ranges
Route by exact postal code (10001), prefix (SW1*), or range (2000-2099), plus state and country names or codes.
Choose which fields to check
Match on address line 1 or 2, city, state or province, postal code, or country. The most specific area always wins.
Fallback branch
Orders that match no area can go to a branch you choose, such as your main store, instead of staying unrouted.
Active and inactive branches
Pause a branch and its areas are skipped until you reactivate it. No areas are lost.
CSV import and export
Bring in hundreds of areas from a spreadsheet, or export your coverage map. Duplicate areas are blocked automatically.
Branch teams get what they need, instantly
Each routed order is emailed to its branch the moment it arrives, with everything needed to prepare and deliver it.

Extra recipients
