Is there a free trial?
Yes. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, and the Free plan has no time limit.
How am I billed?
Through your Shopify invoice, in USD, every 30 days. Shopify asks you to approve any charge before it starts, and you can change or cancel your plan at any time.
What happens if I go over my plan's branch limit?
Your existing branches keep routing orders. You just can't add more branches until you upgrade. RoutiVox never stops routing orders because of a plan limit.
Are delivery areas or orders limited?
No. Every plan includes unlimited delivery areas and unlimited routed orders.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from inside the app whenever you like.
